Biography
Doug E. L. Haynes is an award winning artist, native of Madison, WI who has shown in local, regional, national and international shows. He is an active member of the Wisconsin Painters and Sculptors inc. His work was selected for the 2000 Governor's Awards in Support of the Arts. He has worked independently and collaboratively on numerous mural projects. Haynes is an activist who has used his position as an officer in the Wisconsin Painters and Sculptors inc. to promote the visual arts of Wisconsin.
